Because of the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is a little different than you may find elsewhere.

1. Digital Downloads = No Returns

All of our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. That means:

  • There are no physical products to ship or return
  • You get access to your files right away
  • There is no way to “return” a digital file once it’s been delivered

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any digital downloads — all sales are final.

2. Why This Policy?

We value honesty and clarity. Since digital downloads cannot be physically returned and there’s no way to prevent continued use after download, refunds simply aren’t possible in the same way they might be for physical goods.

We hope you understand that this policy protects both the buyer and the creator.

3. What If Something Goes Wrong?

  • Broken download link
  • Wrong file type sent
  • Trouble opening or accessing the files

4. How to Make Sure You Love What You Buy

To help you shop with confidence:

  • Each listing includes detailed product info, file sizes, and sample images
  • Be sure to double-check that the colors and styles match your space before purchase
  • Make sure you know how and where to print (at home or with a service)

We do our best to describe every item clearly so there are no surprises.

5. Gifting Digital Products

You are welcome to gift a printable file by printing it yourself and giving the physical version. However, sharing the digital file directly (via email, download link, or upload) is not permitted under our personal-use license.
